CEILING INSULATION
Insulating the ceiling is the most cost effective and efficient way to improve the energy consumption within most homes. Ceiling insulation, along with wall insulation, can be one of the easiest ways for a new home to reach a 5 Star Rating.
WALL INSULATION
Installed to external walls insulation increases the barrier from the external elements and can also help increase the efficiency of Air-Conditioning. Can also be installed to internal walls for the same purpose.
SISALATION WALL WRAP
Provides an effective barrier against moisture, wind, vapours and heat transfer through external walls. Is available in Standard for brick homes or breather for cladded houses.
WHIRLY BIRD VENTILATION
Whirly Birds work by removing heat and moisture from the roof cavity. This can reduce the amount of heat transfer into the living space and removing the moist air can reduce the amount of mould and fungal build up.
ACOUSTIC INSULATION
Commonly used to reduce noise transfer from Media Rooms, laundries, workshops and works well between floors of two story dwellings. Can be installed into wall cavities and ceilings ranging in densities from 11kg/m3 to 40kg/m3. Acoustic batts also have a thermal rating ranging from R1.2 to R3.0
PIPE LAGGING
Acoustic Pipe Lagging can dramatically reduce noise generated by rainwater and waste pipes.
BERS ENERGY ASSESSMENTS
Energy ratings of new houses, townhouses & major renovations must now achieve 5-star (out of 10) energy equivalence rating. Thermal Logic Australia is well equipped to handle builders certification requirements and offer cost effective suggestions to help reach the required rating.
SKY LIGHTS
An energy efficient solution to naturally light any dark room. A broad range of diffusers and shapes are available.
SOLAR HOT WATER & ELECTRICITY
